LED and OLED TVsHad this problem for the past few years: tv fails with no connections available and the remote will not work. I would leave it unplugged for a few days and it would work normally for a while.
It now boots up to a Smartthings screen asking to set up the tv through the app. I have Zero control with the remote (except power on/off), and no control with TV power button. Dead in the water. I saw something somewhere about a "one connect box" that could be the issue?
Help is appreciated

LED and OLED TVsThat definitely sounds frustrating @TTownVA! Before attempting a self repair, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps in the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002209/#tv-does-not-see-my-wi-fi-network
In the event that the troubleshooting steps don't work, service would be the next recommendation. You have a couple of options based on your warranty.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one-year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

LED and OLED TVsI apologize for the delay in response @TTownVA. I understand the frustrations this has caused and would be delighted to assist you! Are you able to control the TV through the Smart Things app? Is the TV plugged into a surge protector when this happens? So that I can better assist, can you provide the full model code?

LED and OLED TVsThe biggest issue which I think is driving all other issues is there is no internet connectivity via the wireless system. It's in a place that I can't really try the ethernet connection. I just ordered a new wireless LAN from samsung parts so hopefully this fixes my issues.
Since it can't find the internet when it starts, I can't get any further into the setup.
