Samsung advertises all of  it 2023 TV's are Alexa compatible but after hours of research I think this is not the case and Samsung is misleading the public.  No on in Samsung customer service or tech support seems to know their own products.  It appears to me that the Alexa TV navigation commands DO NOT WORK unless the model has native voice control.  No one at Samsung include the SmartThings tech support seems to know what I am talking about.  Please confirm or clarify.

Hi there, Thanks so much for bringing this up! I'm sorry for any confusion about which models are compatible with Alexa. To help clarify this, I'm providing a link below to our guide on using Alexa with Samsung TVs. In this guide the first section has a detailed list of which TVs have Alexa built, as well as which TVs are compatible to work with other Alexa devices.
