Backlighting Not Adjusting Correctly

I started having an issue with my OLED TV. TV is only 7 month old. When watching TV, the screen dims regions of the screen causing dimmed regions to appear. It's not all the time though. Sometimes the tv looks perfect as usual. Other times, I get the dimmed regions. The regions vary as well. I tried reseting the picture settings, reseting the TV and unplugging. Any ideas what's causing the issue? You can see a normal picture vs dimmed picture in the attached photos

I’m having this happen too and a huge bright spot at the bottom of my screen which gets incredibly hot really fast.
