I see that multi output audio is grayed out so I am guessing that the answer is no - but I have two options but need a solution to make one or the other work:

For regular cable, its not a problem - I can use the TV speakers and (Sony) wireless headphones because I have an optical cable running from the cable box to the headphone box.

However, when streaming from the TV menu, the headphones are useless.  I would like to use my (Bose) wireless headphones OR the (Sony) Wireless headphones to work simultaneously with the TV speakers. There does not appear to be a way to do it.

Also, there are no updates for the streaming menu since 2021 thus I cannot ADD additional streaming services like Paramount. Are there other options to add additional streaming services to the TVs home menu?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Multi-output audio should work on your TV. First, you will need to make sure that your Bluetooth device, such as your headphones, is connected to the TV. Once that's connected, the multi-audio option should be available.  Please let me know if this helps! I have used multi output and it has been great. New Years Eve, I was using Smart View to a Samsung TV, and mirroring while playing YouTube with audio, but at the same time I was connected via Bluetooth to the banquet hall audio/speakers and playing YouTube Music, and I still was able to show/play video taken from my camera (post shooting), all 3 at the same time.

The multi audio feature was from my mobile device, if it works for you as a solution. Now... The TV will not be able to pass audio on its speakers and the wireless headset at the same time, that's for sure.

Thank you for the detailed info - yes, once I paired the headphones, the the multi-audio option was available and I was able to get sound on both TV speakers and the headphones.  It appears that you have to go thru that process each time but I am figuring it out.  Thanks again !

On your tv you can have 2 Bluetooth devices or headphones connected. The simultaneous output is for 1 hdmi earc and 1 optical output device only.
