LED and OLED TVsHi,
I have a new Samsung UN65DU7200F TV. I have connected it to the same wireless network as my Windows 10 PC.
In Windows, I am able to go to Settings | Display | Connect to a Wireless Display. This allows me to connect to the TV and duplicate my entire PC display on the TV.
Rather than duplicating my PC display, I would rather just cast a single tab from my browser (Edge or Chrome would be fine).
Chrome has a menu option labeled "Cast, save, or share". When I select this and choose "Cast", my TV is listed as an option but it is disabled. A message says "Available for specific video sites".
Edge has a similar menu option labeled "Cast media to device". When I select this, my TV is listed as an option but it is disabled. A message says "Not available for this site".
If anyone here can suggest a workaround for this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance,
Paul

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! This would be a limitation of the website/browser, as this is not a standard feature. It would be recommended to cast as a second screen.
