LED and OLED TVsI have an S95F OLED that will not wake up from an HDMI-CEC command after being asleep for a little while. This is a newer problem as it used to work. I have tried other cables. It works if I shut the spine off it will put everything to sleep and I try to wake it up 10 minutes later works flawlessly. But if I wait for 30 minutes or an hour or so I have to turn the TV on manually with the TV remote. This is really unacceptable for a TV at this price range. I have tried all the search suggestions, turning off power saving and all the other things. Again it works fine if I only shut it off for a few minutes, but stops after an extended period.

LED and OLED TVsHello @Dave0475, Thank you for reaching out to community. I understand how the issues that you are having with HDMI-CEC not waking up can be very inconvenient.
I have listed some additional troubleshooting steps below that may help you with the issue.
1. You can check for firmware updates on the TV and other devices that are connected, manufacturers often release patches for CEC incompatibility.
2. On some setups, you may need to ensure the device was on the correct input before turning it off.
3. Go into your TV's External Device Manager and turn it off and back on.
I hope that this information was able to clear up the issue. Please feel free to let us know if it helped.

LED and OLED TVsWas there ever a resolution to this issue? I just purchased a Q95F and am having the same issue. After about 15 minutes, turning on my Apple TV 4K box does not turn on the TV.

LED and OLED TVsSame problem with a Samsung S95F (QN65S95FAFXZA) waking up via HDMI-CEC from an Apple TV 4K. The Apple TV is the latest hardware, and all firmware on both devices is up to date. This seems to be a newer issue, as it worked when I first set it up a couple of months ago.
When the TV has been off overnight, it almost never turns on via HDMI-CEC unless I power cycle the TV right before trying again (or before I attempt).
