Pair your Harmony remote with a Samsung S90 OLED by adding it as a new device in the Harmony app, searching for "Samsung" and your specific model number, then creating a "Watch TV" activity. Ensure both the TV and Harmony Hub are on the same Wi-Fi network for IP control, which is faster than IR.

Steps to Pair Harmony with Samsung S90 OLED:
Open the App: Launch the Harmony app on your phone and connect to your hub.
Add Device: Go to Menu > Harmony Setup > Add/Edit Devices & Activities > Devices.
Search: Select Add Device, then select Television. Enter Samsung as the manufacturer and your S90 model number.
Create Activity: The app will prompt you to create a "Watch TV" Activity; select Yes and follow the steps.
Sync: Select the sync icon in the top right corner to update your remote. IP Control: The Harmony Hub should automatically detect the Samsung TV over Wi-Fi.
Alternative Pairing: If you have trouble, use the JustAnswer expert service to troubleshoot, or try scanning for Wi-Fi devices.
Fix Auto-Off: If the TV turns off after 20 minutes, disable "Auto Power Off" in the Samsung TV's Eco Solution settings.
SmartThings: You can also add your Samsung TV via the SmartThings integration for more advanced control.

If you're still having issues, knowing these details can help:
Are you using the Harmony App on a phone, or the desktop software?
Does your S90 OLED appear in the "Scan for Wi-Fi Devices" list?
Do you have a Harmony Hub?

I am not sure if the Logitech Harmony Software still works but have you used it to add the new TV to the remote? Not all Samsung TVs use the same codes. It is possible that the new TV IR codes are different than the old TV's codes.
