Hi, any help please with downloading apps to my smart tv. I find the apps section but nowhere does it allow me to search other than the few privided or suggested by Samsung!

Thanks for helping so promptly. Unfortunately After choosing apps on the Home Screen I’m not being offered a search option, in app settings I can delete an app but nowhere can I search

Just want to confirm, is there not a search option in the top right corner? If possible, can you also provide a picture of the full screen after clicking on apps from the home screen?

That is strange; that is not showing there. Just want to try something, the search icon on the top left. When you search there are you able to find the apps you are looking to install?

No it doesn’t offer me any apps, at best only utube videos.

Hmm, Interesting. There's a couple more things we can try. First, have you checked to make sure the TV software and Smart Hub are updated? Here's a link with more details:

If that doesn't help, I recommend factory resetting the TV as the next step. Here's how:
