Turn off the TV using the remote or the power button. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet. Wait for at least 60 seconds to allow the TV to discharge completely. Press and hold the TVโs power button (on the TV itself) for about 30 seconds while itโs unplugged. (This helps drain any residual power.) Plug the TV back in to the wall outlet.
