LED and OLED TVsHello there, beta_user,
we're sorry you've been experiencing this power concern since the recent update and will do our best to assist. We want to start by suggesting for you to check that your remote control. Although you're stating this is a recent issue, if the remote has any foreign matter around the power button of the remote control, the power button may be stuck.
Also, sometimes abnormal power occurs due to external devices or the CEC command and by checking the TV history function, you can find what is making the TV turn on by itself.
To perform a history check on the TV follow these steps:
Access Menu > Support > About TV> Review Event log
*If Power-on Reason appears in the Event Log, you can check why the TV turned on then solve that problem by disconnecting or deactivating the connected devices causing it to turn on.
If you need to deactivate the CEC Command feature please follow these steps:
Home > Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)
Be sure to click " โ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
