LED and OLED TVsDo the tv speakers on my 65 inch au 8000 turn off when the optical cable is being used.
- I need the tv speakers to stay on while using the optical cable connection to power my headphones. Is there any way to make this happen. The tv has no headphone output to run a 3.5 mm cable to my headphones. I did hook up the headphones using the optical connection but there is no option in settings to run both the internal tv speakers and the optical to my headphones , at the same time.is there something I can do to make that happen?

LED and OLED TVsHello! I understand how this can be an important resource for you to use. Something you can try is to set up multi-audio output. This will allow you to use two audio resources at the same time.
1. Press SOURCE on your TV remote and select TV
2. Select MENU
3. Select SYSTEM
4. Select ACCESSIBILITY
5. You should now see "Multi-output Audio" is enabled, so you will be able to select it and change from OFF to ON.
If this does not help you can call in directly to our smart things department to get further support. You can reach us at 1 (800) 726-7864.
