My Samsung Tv is facing an issue. there seems to be this continuous option scrolling that's happening by itself. Something which maybe happens if your remote button is stuck.. but I checked its not. neither is any TV button stuck.. but still it keeps switching between option. The problem is that when I close the TV through remote - the TV opens up automatically after switching off. check the video. Has anyone else faced this problem, how did you resolve?
Few things to note - I've tried changing remote batteries, removing batteries, using another remote or even resetting the TV.. nothing worked.
