LED and OLED TVsI am writing to express my disappointment with the new design of the S95H OLED. While the technology and brightness are industry-leading, the shift to the FloatLayer Picture Frame design is a step backward for those of us who buy OLED for its minimalist, razor-thin aesthetic.
Many loyal Samsung customers prefer the ultra-slim profile of the S95F. The new thick frame looks bulky on a stand and takes away from the unique sleekness of QD-OLED.
My Suggestions:
Please offer a Slim version of the flagship S95 series alongside the Frame version.
Bring back the One Connect Box as a standard feature for the flagship model to keep the panel as thin as possible.
Consider making the Frame look a separate lifestyle model like OLED Frame rather than forcing it on the main flagship performance line.
I want to buy a Samsung OLED for its performance AND its thin design. I hope the 2027 lineup returns to a more minimalist form factor.

LED and OLED TVsThanks for the tip. I checked the Support tab in the Members app, but I only see options for Error Reports/System Logs. Is there a specific category for Product Design Suggestions?

LED and OLED TVsI super agree with you. I wanted to upgrade from my s95B this year but looks like iโm gonna either have to get the s95F or wait another year. Samsung did not think about the consumers when dropping this TV. Might have to check out the G6 this year

LED and OLED TVsDisagree - there are tons of users who would like flagship performance with FrameTV aesthetics and functionality (myself included, who bought a S95H 77". The biggest problem right now is 1) no frame options available yet for the TV and 2) Art Mode is a joke: it has no option to automatically start it when TV is off/motion is detected, must be manually started (pain), and has a max turn-off timer of 4 hours (Frame and R95 115" have indefinite options, im sure because theyre non-OLED panels)
