Hi all, I bought a new 65inch S90F TV and connected my PS5 to it. Now the PS5 will not connect to the internet. I checked and it will connect to the internet when connected to another TV. I checked and reset the TV, router, modem, and PS5 without results. The TV is connected to the internet as well. Please advise if I am missing a setting somewhere. Thanks

Hi @Seahunter001,
Welcome to the Samsung Community! We're glad to have you here.
We understand how frustrating it can be when your PS5 isn’t connecting to the internet. One potential solution is to manually update your DNS settings, which can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
Here’s how you can do that:

Go to Settings on your PS5.
Navigate to Network > Settings > Set Up Internet Connection.
Select your current network connection.
Choose Advanced Settings.
Set DNS Settings to Manual.
Enter the following DNS addresses:

Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google)
Secondary DNS: 1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.4.4 (Google)

After saving these settings, try reconnecting to the internet.
Let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance!

Thanks, the PS5 connects to the internet as long as it is not connected to the TV. It is only when connected to the TV does the issue appear
