Q-Symphony Problem

I connected my soundbar HW-610GC to my TV S95C via HDMi Arc and want to use Q-Symphony, which doesn't work. Why this is not possible I can not say, should actually work. Think everything is connected correctly, it still comes with the button Apply "Q-Symphony is not fixed"

@MaxK1 From the information that I can find, unfortunately the HW-Q610C does not support Q-Symphony.
