LED and OLED TVs

I bought this TV in Sept 2024 and it is already broken. The screen won't turn on (but I hear sound, which means the OS is running). Sounds like this has been a common problem with these TVs.

I've been trying to schedule a repair in the NYC area, and it has been an insanely frustrating experience. They didn't have any availability for 2 weeks, so I waited 2 weeks. Today was supposed to be the day and the technician just did not show up or call (the appointment was 8am to noon). I called the office 5 times and got different answers. The first time they said the technician was running late and would call me any time now, but that obviously didn't happen. 4 more calls later, they said the scheduler went home (this was about 6pm). I now have to wait until tomorrow, and likely have to wait many more days weeks. STAY AWAY.
