I purchased a S90FAFXZA TV last week and it will not open last app when starting TV. I have worked with the text chat people and they said it must not be used in this model. I have reset the Smart Hub and reset back to factory then reset everything. It has two options that i have turned off, 'Start with Smart Hub' and 'Autorun Samsung TV Plus'. It is hard for me to believe that this TV would not start on previously open app, this option works on my 6 year old Q9fNA.
Hi @GK47404. We thank you for reaching out. Are you also seeing any error messages on the television? Is it doing this no matter which app you try to re-open or is it one app in particular?
@GK47404, You should be able to enable the "Autorun Last App" feature by navigating to the Start Screen Options menu within your device settings. Does your TV not have this option? Also, have you made sure that your TV is currently up to date with software updates?
The S90f doesn't have an option for autorun last app. I've used it on previous models and this downgrade is a significant disappointment. No matter the options, it will only start with smart hub, or tv plus, and after removing TV plus it instead defaults to antenna... Which I don't even have...
I purchased the same model a few weeks ago and am having the same issue. All my other Samsung TV's work correctly and bring up the last app but this model doesn't . All software up to date and has been reset twice. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Mine switches from the Smart Start Hub menu to the last app in about 30 seconds. I have my Start Screen Option with Start Smart Hub ON, Autorun Samsung TV Plus OFF.
I'm getting tired of my brand new S90FA starting up with Little House on the Prairie, no matter how I set the startup autorun. And I can also confirm that I'm *not* seeing Autorun Last App.
