I am getting a persistent high pitched whine from my new 77" S95D when playing audio from any video app (Netflix, Paramount+, and Amazon). Disney + is the worst of all because I just get a very loud hissing sound instead of audio.  Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hi there, Thanks for posting about this. Just to confirm, do you also hear the hissing sound when using other sources, such as a cable box or game console? Also, have you checked that the software is up to date? I also recommend checking out the troubleshooting steps in this link:

I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
