This is a strange one. When trying to cast from my Samsung tablet (or Sony phone) the TV doesn't react. But if I restart the device it works. Very frustrating! Anyone who can figure out that one?

Hey, Vonweissnudel, thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. Completely understand why this would be frustrating to deal with. When you say you restart the device, do you mean restart your phone/tablet, or do you mean the Samsung S95F TV?
If you are talking about your mobile device, I would recommend performing a power reset on your TV by unplugging it for a couple of minutes and plugging it back up.
I would also recommend disabling Smart View and then re-enabling it.  You can do this by pressing the Home button > left directional button > Connected Devices > Connection Guide > Smartphone > Screen Sharing (Smart View).
Don't forget to make sure your TV is up to date, and try performing a smart hub reset if the other tips did not help.
To do this, press the home button > left directional button > settings > support > device care > Reset Smart Hub. Let us know if any of these troubleshooting steps help.

I meant restarting the tablet.

Thank you for your suggestions to resolve this, but unfortunately none of them did work out.

Any other thoughts?

Yes, VonWeissnudel, we recommend contacting your ISP and have them prioritize the television and any other devices you wish to use for casting purposes on your home network. Also, we suggest for you to ensure the devices are all on the same network frequencies. It appears the signal is being reset each time the devices are restarted and having the ISP prioritize these certain devices absolutely is the best resolution. Please let us know if this is helpful with resolving this matter efficiently.
