Awaiting a call from the "office of the president"... purchased a Frame 3/2024, screen went out 8/2024.... under warranty so they sent us a new OLED TV- got that in 10/2024... replacement TV screen went out... now apparently since it was a replacement TV using the warranty this TV cannot be fixed. Neither TV lasted 6/7 months... definitely no where near a year.... how can a $1,300+ TV last less than a year. Better yet, how can support tell me the repair ticket was ordered, but then it was cancelled, now they are telling me it is with the "office of the president"... please have someone contact me ASAP. I have already filed a BBB complaint.... This is entirely unacceptable, and mistreating your customers at this point.
