Hello, Members_nKrHcTJ! We understand how frustrating it is when your monitor doesn't sync correctly with your laptop. This flashing is often caused by a signal synchronization issue or a simple connection problem. There are several steps we can take to address this. First, we recommend checking your cables for damage and replacing them if any are damaged. Also, are you using a docking station? If so, try connecting the laptop directly to the monitor.

More troubleshooting steps.

1) Try performing a power reset. Turn off both devices and unplug the monitor's power cord. Press and hold the monitor's power button for 15 seconds to discharge any residual electricity before plugging it back in.

2) Check your graphics drivers. Use the Samsung Update app or your GPU manufacturer's site to ensure you have the latest drivers.

3) Check for any firmware updates. Check the Samsung Download Center for any available firmware updates for your specific monitor model.
