LED and OLED TVsHello naveenkotta77,
we are sorry to hear about the television being unresponsive after the most recent update and would love to assist. To properly assist you let's gather some information. Is the red standby light active on the television? If the standby light is off, this means the TV is powered on however the screen is just black.
naveenkotta77, thank you for verifying the steps you've attempted to resolve this matter and, with you stating the replacement of the power cables has not corrected the concern, we suggest having the television serviced.
You can proceed with service directly via our service link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
or you can send a private message to any moderator using the chat option with your full model code and serial number.

LED and OLED TVsIs the red standby on when plugged in? If its not showing on its probably a dead powerboard. I have a 77" S90D and luckily my TV died just 2 months before the warranty ended. While trying to get Samsung to honor the warranty was somewhat of a problem because they didn't have anyone near me that was authorized to repair it. After calling them everyday for almost 2 weeks I was able to get a full refund and they let me keep the TV. The 77" models have a known problem with the power boards. I ended up buying an updated BN44-01329A powerboard and fixed the TV myself. It was very easy to do myself. The hardest part is laying the TV facedown without damaging the screen. The lower back of the TV is held in by clips so you just pop the lower back piece off and remove the 2 plugins off the old powerboard and there is 1 screw that you have to remove and the board slides out with a little bit of effort. Then you just slide the new board in and put the 2 plugins back in, put in the 1 screw, and pop on the back piece and it should power on just fine.
It took maybe 10 min total to do. The back plastic piece takes a little bit of time to get it to pop off and the 2 cable plugins on the board were pretty snug. You just have to put care into it and as I said the hardest part is gently laying the screen face down. I was honestly pretty worried about that part as the TV is heavy and very large and awkward to hold. I had to have my Father come over and help me lay it down but we got it done. I've heard of out of warranty people saying it would cost them around $700.00 to get it repaired. I would just do it yourself if you can get someone to help you. I bought the new revised powerboard from Tvpartstoday. They are out of stock currently and they sell out very fast because this is a widespread problem for the 77" S90Ds. When I got mine I checked everyday until one day they had ONE is stock and I snagged it for $150.00 with tax and shipping. You can also try eBay or another site but they are by far the cheapest place as most go for around $300.00-$350.00.
Good luck!

LED and OLED TVsI also have a QN77S90DAFXZA and let it do the upgrade a few days ago. Today the power won't come on at all and never had issues before. Tried diff outlets and cords, the TV is like dead. I KNEW I shouldn't have let it upgrade ๐

LED and OLED TVsDoes your TV have a red standby light near the bottom center of the TV? If it's plugged in and that light is not showing its on than its more than likely not from the update itself but the powerboard dying and the 77" S90Ds have a huge flaw with the original powerboards. My TV died recently also and I had to end up fixing it myself which was really easy.
