Subject: Samsung TV or  Remote Not Working After Factory Reset

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have a Samsung Smart TV (Model: UA32TE40FAKXXL). I recently performed a factory reset on my TV. After that, the TV is stuck on the "Welcome - Select your language" screen.
The main issue is that the remote control is not working at all, so I am unable to proceed with the setup. Because of this, I cannot connect WiFi or complete the installation process.
I have already tried:
• Changing remote batteries
• Restarting the TV
• Trying to pair the remote
• Bluetooth mouse to try
