I have a 50" TU8000 Crystal UHD 4K HDR Smart TV and when I don't use it for a couple of days and turn it back on it keeps rebooting the smart functionality in a continuous loop.
This means if I go to an app like Netflix the TV will exit and take me to the home screen without prompt.
I have turned off the smart function in settings and this is still happening. Does anyone have similar experiences and /or solutions?
I would try factory resetting the tv to see if that resolves the issue
