LED and OLED TVsAnyone else have this issue? Just realized that it stopped working in my Alexa routines because SmartThings showing the tv as offline. My other 2 Samsung TVs are fine. So I deleted it, and no matter what it won’t re add. Keeps getting the attached error. No clue what to do now. I ruled out the possibility of if being my network by hooking my phone and the tv to a hotspot. Still nothing. I reset the smart hub multiple times. Signed out of account, signed back in with the smart hub reset. Nothing. Just keeps giving an error. Anyone know how to fix this? I tried it with my iPhone 17 pro max, but also tried with my Samsung galaxy tab as well. So even a Samsung android device won’t work!
image too big to upload but it says setup via phone failed. Set up manually.
then in top right corner it’s a SmartThings logo and says registration cancelled.
idk how to setup manually, is there a way?

LED and OLED TVsSeems to be a global issue, there's a reddit post about it too.
Submit feedback via the Smartthings App > settings > contact us > Error etc.
Can't register the TV after it went offline.

LED and OLED TVsThanks! Samsung support helped. Flash reset fixed it. Problem now is that I can’t get Alexa to turn the tv on anymore, only off.
