LED and OLED TVsWhen I open the HUB menu or when I press volume up/down, in fact all the menus from the TV are showing pixelated. Look at the image to see what I mean by pixelated.
Has anyone experience something similar? I haven't found any thread with a similar issue.
What can I do to fix it?
Thank you all!

LED and OLED TVsOnly thing I could suggest is try a diff. HDMI cable if that doesn't resolve it you would need to contact a Service Center to have it checked out.

LED and OLED TVshi GaryB82,
Actually I disconnect all cables (hdmi, ethernet, etc.) and I did a reset but all menus were showing the same or worst.
I will try Service center because I haven't find anything related or similar to this issue.
Thank you GaryB82

LED and OLED TVsYeah, if changing the cable and resetting the TV didn't resolve the issue, a service call would be needed to diagnose it.

LED and OLED TVsperform a picture test on a Samsung TV, navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis and select Picture Test. The TV will display a high-definition test image that you can examine for defects to determine if the problem is with the TV itself or an external device. For older models, the path might be slightly different, such as Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis.

LED and OLED TVsthank you meself, I also did that when I was able to see the menus, like I said the problem is not on the LCD itself, it is something different. Customer service already performed a service reset and it didn't work, they told me to take the tv to a service center for repair : (
Thanks!
