i’m 61 years and owned a lot of TVs over the years. I just don’t know why this particular TV constantly crashes on the audio side — it’s been an issue ever since I bought it at best from Best Buy..
I’m using the same HDMI cables before no damage same Roku box no damage no damage to the power cord — the only way to fix it is unplug it and plug it back in. They clearly is something wrong with this TV. I have automatic updates. This should not be happening. I gotta say this is a very inferior product for me so far..
