LED and OLED TVsI have an older samsung TV. I was doing a reset and it got stuck on page 3 when I did not accept the HUB privacy notices. I tried to call customer service, they tried a few things and then said I would need to buy a new TV. This felt as if Samsung had purposely bricked my TV. I did not give up. I found the solution on redit. I suggest you post this with your customer service folks. No point having them if they can’t help.
SOLUTION: HardReset.info:
Second method:
In the beginning, turn the TV off by pressing the Power button on the remote.

Then press the buttons on the remote in this order: Mute, 1, 8, 2 and Power.
Now TV will turn on and the Service Menu should be on the screen.

Use the Arrow button to move through the menu and OK button to confirm selections.
I moved to factory reset then did start up again accepting screen 2 privacy notices.
