I have a problem with my Samsung UN55CU7000... And I was told that buying a new TV would be about same price as a repair through Samsung, So I was just trying to buy a new TV through the Samsung app but... They wanted me to buy another "qualifying" product first so they could apply the available discounts for the TV...$100.00, and/or 1.29%๐Ÿ˜ฎ what? I don't think so ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

My TV turned on and off all by itself with black and blue screen ๐Ÿ˜ฎ I had to unplug it because it was driving me insane ๐Ÿ”ฅ so it is still mounted on the wall, doesn't work, and don't know what to do with it ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜ฎ... ๐Ÿ˜‚ I'll just buy a new one probably at Best Buy or something???!!! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Definitely open for suggestions because I tried all of their suggestions and nothing worked.

Furthermore, we would need some more information to further diagnose this situation, what troubleshooting steps have you already taken ? Below are troubleshooting steps to attempt if you already haven't done so.

 

1. Try unplugging the TV from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds

2. Check the HDMI Connections: Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cables. Try different HDMI ports or replace the cable

3. Remove External Devices: Disconnect external devices (cable boxes, consoles) to isolate the issue.

4. Factory Reset: Go into your settings and perform a reset (if the menu is accessible)
