The TV is getting more and more white spots, and it's less than a year old. The technician that Samsung sent says that other people with the same product have experienced similar problems. They're trying to normalize a batch of defective products by saying it's normal for this type of LED TV. I have four other TVs, and this is not normal. Maybe they can normalize the fact that their particular product is exhibiting the same problem, but that doesn't mean it's normal. I called Samsung, and they told me to call Amazon. I called Amazon, and they told me to call Samsung. The picture quality is terrible. The TV has no cosmetic damage or dents. They sell such a bad product, and the best response they offer is that you can file a complaint. The employee couldn't offer a solution , any ideas?

I have a month old qled 85' TV that looks the same as yours. I had to ask and speak with a supervisor because the tech kept stating it was normal. I sent the Pic to the supervisor, she then submitted for a tech to come out. I was told if the tech doesn't find any problems with the TV then I have to pay for the visit.
