I have purchased three Terrace Samsung sound bars from Best Buy all three have been damaged with the packaging in perfect condition. Is anyone else having these issues where the housing is damaged or bent? I’m reluctant to accept any of these and try them as I’m thinking they will take on water.
Also, Terrace soundbars have a power supply that is not water resistant?? Does that make any sense? You have to enclose the power supply in a water-resistant enclosure to protect from rain. How dumb is that.
