Has anyone found a fix to the problem in the title. Both remotes worked fine, then connected to smart things and nothing happens. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions that Samsung provides & they just suggest purchasing new remotes, which is not a solution.
As an update. I deleted Smart Things on the TV & mobile. I now have the Solar remote working. The standard remote is not working properly - every key turns off the TV. This has taken me hours to try & resolve. Itโs very frustrating
