Unable to turn my Samsung Model QN55S95FAFXZA TV on using Wake-on-Lan (WOL)

I recently purchased the S95F TV. I control my A/V system with a 3rd party app that handles my TV, A/V Receiver, Apple TV's (2), cable box, and Blueray players (2). As I understand WOL, I should be able to turn the TV on using WOL by sending the MAC address to my connected ethernet port on the TV.

So far, this does not work. By the way, this did work with my former Samsung TV.

If I send the Toggle Power command it works, however due to the fact that I have 5-7 different activities that use the TV, switching between them toggles it OFF as each activity would have it's own Toggle ON configured.

Toggle is a dumb idea... I would prefer a power on command and a power off command, but I digress.

I need to know if WOL for the model Samsung will turn it on.

1) Ethernet connect and tested

2) Control devices (MacBook and/or iPhone) are on the same network.

3) Power On with Mobile - ON

4) IP Remote - ON

5) Wifi - OFF  (I've tried this both ways. ON and OFF) I Used a wired system.

6) Wired MAC Address retrieved from the About TV section on the TV.

Thanks in advance for all that help.
