Hey Ali3n8! Thanks for visiting the Community. If your TV is connected to a soundbar via eARC and is not displaying Atmos output, there are a few possible causes and fixes to try.
1. Check if Atmos is actually being passed through
On the TV, go to Settings โ Sound โ Sound Output โ HDMI ARC and set Digital Audio Format to Auto or Pass Through.
Ensure eARC is enabled in TV audio settings and Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is on.
Play a known Atmos source (e.g., Disney+ or Prime Video with Atmos enabled).
2. Verify the soundbarโs Atmos mode
On the remote, press the Info button (may need to press twice) to check the audio format being sent.
If Atmos is not listed, the soundbar may not be receiving it โ try switching the TVโs audio output to TV + Soundbar and ensure HDMI eARC mode is selected
Please let me know if this helps.

LED and OLED TVsTried all of the above and still no atmos output. This seems to be isolated to the tv apps, my ps5 which is connected to the tv does output atmos. Only the tv apps do not.

LED and OLED TVsI am also experiencing issues. This works until I turn off my tv. Every time I turn on my TV I need to toggle Anynet+ for the TV to recognize my sound bar. Art mode is also not working...
