Remote doesn’t control all functions of my Comcast/Xfinity cable box and I have to use my xfinity remote along with the Samsung. I went through the process of signing in to Comcast. It connects to the last program viewed but doesn’t control anything other than volume. I also went to the Universal Remote Setup and only options are Source Setup and Quick Channel Change which I’ve set. How do I get to my xfinity apps? Is there a way for the remote to learn since it claims to be universal? I would like to use only one.
