I have a Bespoke washing machine WF90F53ADSA5. The detergent auto dispenser is getting filled with water as it dispenses the detergent. Is this normal? How does the auto dispenser actually dispense? The manual doesnt really explain a whole lot except to fill it up. Yes, we are using HE detergent and it does appear to get dispensed but just don't understand the water situation.
When I add beach or manual detergent into the cup dispensers, it drains straight into the tub! Has anyone experienced this and determined cause/resolution?
No matter what anybody tells you, this is NOT supposed to be how these machines dispense. These machine dispense and have no need to force water into the drawer in order to force detergent out. If they operated that way, you would never get an empty indication and they most certainly NEVER fill up with water.
No, not fixed yet. Have to submit new ticket for another repair visit. Last visit, technician said he put us in for a replacement but wife is not sure if she wants the Bespoke model anymore since its basically a **bleep**. Wonder how many units have this issue with water flooding the detergent auto dispenser????
