I have a claim with Samsung for property damage to my house but they refuse to give me a phone number for me to call them. All I have is an email address and every time that they say that they are going to be in contact with me they do not. There is no way for me to contact them by phone it is only by email and this is a tactic so that they can delay your claim. Beware of this company and do not use
