Just unplug wait about 10 minutes and re-plug in device. Have the same issue that usually resolved the issue. Sometimes this also happens when there is something heavy being laundered that unbalances the machine. Just pause the cycle, loosen or untangle the clothing inside and resume the wash. Thirdly if your doing the tub clean cycle this happens which is quite normal.
