We have a couple things to help pinpoint the issue:
Does this happen after every load is run and the clothes removed?
Please check that the washer is level and the drain hose is not placed more than 6 to 8 inches into the drain pipe.
To provide better information for your specific washer, please provide your model number.
On a front load washer, you can find the model number around the opening of the drum. On a Top load washer, you can find the model number under the lid.
If the water is constantly filling without the washer turned on, please also turn off the water supply valves, and reach out to us for service with one of the following options:
