What is the red light smiling icon?

Hi, 

My washing machine started displaying a red lock sign. It locks and unlocks whenever it wants, too. 

How can I fix it?

Delete an remove all files an even the firmware wait three to four minutes and download do this on a phone or PC \tablet

So that little red lock is the child lock sign. You can press the 2 buttons that are labeled "Temperatura" and "Aclarados" and hold them for 3 to 5 seconds to make it disappear. You would need to hold them both at the same time.
