Every time I hit the toggle switch to turn on the WiFi on my Samsung bespoke washer dryer combo it just shuts the wifi back off again and sometimes it will connect but then just disconnect and back to the same issue again. Any suggestions on whatโ€™s going on or how I can fix this?

Did you properly set up the wi-fi connection between the washer and your router? Normally setting up a smart device with your home router requires first connecting to the internal network of the smart device in order to connect that network with your home network. I suggest going through the setup process again. Also, most smart devices require a connection to the 2.4gHz band, so if your router has combined the 2.4gHz band with the 5gHz band, the devices are not so smart at sorting them out. You need to keep the two networks separate within your router. I have several devices that are hinky like that and all my devices either stopped working or refused to connect when the bands were combined and work perfectly when they are separate.

I also have this problem. Of course I have submitted a claim and apparently Samsung warranty is less than 6 months?

I was having this trouble for the first like 6 months or so we had ours... tonite it finally got it online and of course... there was a firmware update.... Firmware update reboots... machine never shows up on wifi again... go to the machine and check... Wi-fi is off...  Not a huge deal, firmware updates dont always transfer all settings for various reasons... turn wifi back on and.... it turns off again a couple seconds later.  Well that was a fun 30 minutes of having remote access to the machine status...

Same problem - got it setup once after owning it for months it finally worked - then it stopped - tried all the resets - tried manually joining network - it never creates it- no devices can see it created - tried manually setting up - it also canโ€™t see any WiFi - definitely a Samsung issue they need to resolve

Hey Mike2404 thank you for reaching out to the Community. I understand that you are having issues with the Wi-Fi. I have listed some troubleshooting steps below that should be helpful.

1.Check Wi-Fi Frequency: Samsung Bespoke appliances generally require a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band. If your router uses "Smart Connect" or "QoS" to combine 2.4GHz and 5GHz into one name, the appliance may fail to connect. Try creating a separate 2.4GHz-only guest network specifically for your laundry units.

2.Perform a Network Reset:
Press and hold Smart Control until "AP" appears on the display (roughly 3 seconds).
Press and hold Temp until "OK" appears (about 7 seconds).
Turn the unit OFF and then back ON. This clears all stored network credentials so you can start fresh in the SmartThings app.

3.Power Cycle the Appliance: Unplug the unit for 5 minutes. While unplugged, press and hold the Power button for 20 seconds to discharge residual electricity, then plug it back in.
4.Update SmartThings: Ensure your SmartThings app is updated to the latest version.
