Legacy S PhonesGalaxy S20 5G can't receive code from one sender. All other codes and text messages come through. This one code is vital because it connects me to security software: I can't access my account w/o receivign the code. Help! Please! Using Samsung Messenger.

Legacy S PhonesIf it's only one sender you cannot get codes from, it's likely an issue on their side. Most operations that require 2FA have alternate means of sending the code. Either by email or authenticator app. Look for a link under the field where you are supposed to enter the code and see if there's wording similar to "use alternate verification method".

Legacy S Phones+1 on what @nullandvoid said. If what was mentioned doesn't exist or doesn't work, you may want to get in touch with the provider of the service whose codes you are not receiving. Some providers require you to first opt in to their service by replying to a text or texting a particular phrase to the short code number. Best to check if that is the case or if they have some other requirement before the codes reach your number.

Legacy S PhonesDid you even read the original comment? Your response has no bearing on the issue presented. Nowhere did they say they were using someone else's phone to get a code or that they were running a business.
