Legacy S Phones

I have a S10+ and have factory reset my phone which did work once but after that initial success the restart issue started again. If this issue is not solvable I request a refund for my phone and compensation for the services I'm unable to access due to your (Samsung) failings. Samsung do not contact me with any support options other than a known working fix or if you need additional details for re-compensation.

The S10+ is 7 years old, unfortunately, I don't believe Samsung will compensate you for the services you are unable to access.

Your S10+ is a discontinued device running deprecated software. While it may be frustrating to you, it should be expected that certain features no longer work as they once did.

Samsung has delivered on their promises to you on their support for that device and I would not expect any resolution or compensation.

You have gotten quite a bit of life out of that phone. You are nearly 3 years past end-of life.

It is time to seriously consider upgrading.

Under device care/ auto restart even needed when performance issues are detected. Make sure that it's off.

You may need to adjust your Hotspot frequency, band, and security. You can only use Hotspot with cellular data and not wifi on i just noticed that. I would try that first, or look at your apps that have full network wifi control in your app permissions and process by elimination. An app may be connected by third party to your Samsung account and have permissions for your phone, I'm assuming that could be true. Not really sure.
