Stop using your phone and use a computer to change all your passwords, like your bank and Netflix. Also, call your bank and dispute any unrecognized transactions. Then, save your files, photos, and contacts to your computer and factory reset your device.

Sorry you're experiencing this. Generally "hacked" devices come as a result of insecure account passwords.

Log out of ALL accounts on the compromised device. Contact any financial institutions where you have lost money and report all suspicious purchases.

Put the compromised device in airplane mode to prevent any further network connections. From a separate, secure device, change all account passwords and enable 2FA where possible. Once you have reset account passwords and set up 2FA where possible, back up data and factory reset the compromised phone.

In addition to all of the above, contact law enforcement.  A police report goes a long way in recovering accounts and money.  Hacking is a crime, stealing money is a crime.

Are you sure your phone is compromised? A decent amount of times when someone has been hacked its mainly via Data leaks from where ever someone may have personal data stored. Someone then buys this leaked data from the true hackers and logs into your accounts using this leaked data. ( Ive had my AMC account account and Netflix account accessed before) there was some leak and they got my passwords. They set up their own name on my netflix account but they actually couldnt make any more changes because they didnt have my email password. (Which is why its important not to use the same password for multiple different accounts) on my AMC account they were able to get on and buy movie tickets since i had multiple payment methods saved. I since removed payment methods from being saved on anything and made sure no passwords are shared or reused.
