Software update blocked Telstra mobile network S20 5G

Hi ,problem with software for samsung s20 5g.needed to down load updated version  for goverment changes to trip 0 .competed down load,.Telstra block esim .now unblock working fine on wi fi network.but not working on mobile network .contacted telstra mobile support.advised sortware clich from samsung.is there fix for new software to be loaded.?

Update your S20 5G fully (Settings → Software update → Download and install), then reset network settings (Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset network settings) and, if needed, remove and reinstall your eSIM.
