On March 12 2026, This app stopped supporting Outlook & Hotmail. I sure hope Samsung is upgrading the app to support MS email. This is a huge issue!!! The workaround is the All in One Email app which is just plain awful.

Legacy S PhonesSame here, running Android 12 sync with MS mail and calendar stopped working. It seems MS only supports the last 4 android versions. As we are now on 16, support then is only up to Android 13.

Legacy S PhonesI have found that it does work. I've added my microsoft accounts to my phone and they do work.
What you have to do is remove all the Microsoft accounts from your Samsung Email app and then add them back one at a time.
Adding them back can take anywhere from 2 to 23 attempts, based on my testing.
Then, once the account is added, it will work for up to several minutes before it will fail.
I've actually gotten two emails in a row before it failed.
Then, I just remove the account and re-add it, you know, like about a dozen times or so, each time generating an error about not being able to connect to the account, and then somewhere around the 10th or 15th time, it'll say, oh yeah, sure, no problem. And then it'll work for up to several minutes again.
Since my microsoft authentication is based on those email addresses, I've developed the technique of being able to remove and readd it in only about fifteen minutes or so.
Then, I can retrieve the authentication email.
Of course, after that, the account will fail again - requiring you to remove it and re add it, many, many, times again.
So really it does work. It's just a bit more cumbersome than it used to be.
