Legacy S PhonesGood afternoon andrew928422,
I can understand how frustrating and an inconvenience while playing your games. Is this only happening when playing a specific game or is it all games you play? Have you attempted to do a Network Reset?
Reset Network Settings:
Navigate to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Tap Reset settings to confirm.
Note: This will reset your Network Settings back to its default settings, and will erase any saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth pairings. You will have to re-pair all previous devices.
Let me know if this helps! ๐
Be sure to click " โ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

Legacy S PhonesThe issue likely happens only during gaming because the phone is under heavy load (CPU usage/heat), which can affect Wi-Fi stability, and Samsungโs โIntelligent Wi-Fi / switch to mobile dataโ feature may also be switching networks automatically. Try disabling โSwitch to mobile data,โ use a stable 5GHz connection, and make sure your system is fully updatedโthis usually improves the problem. website
