I recently purchased 2 new Portable SSD T7 USB 3.2 1TB - MODEL NUMBER: MU-PC1T0H/AM drives and they both experience the same problem. That is, they both disconnect from the OS constantly, without reason. I'm running Win 10 with all the latest updates. I've updated the Samsung SSD with the latest firmware using the Samsung Portable SSD software.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how to "fix" it?
Googling doesn't provide much help and there doesn't appear to be any way to email Samsung support.

If the drives are disconnecting on their own randomly, there is no "fix" for that. This means you may be having a hardware problem. Are the drive lights staying on or turning off, once the drives disconnect?
If you want to start a ticket to have the drives checked, just call 1-800-Samsung (1-800-726-7864) and ask for memory support, they can then send you an email to get a ticket started
