Hello, I could seriously use some help with my monitor. When I bought mine, I knew samsung would be adding 4k support in the future and decided to grab it then. 4K was working for a little after updating the firmware but I had to reset my pc, and once I was back into windows, my monitor is only reading 1440p and 240 hz again. I tried to reupdate the monitor but with only one firmware update out, it keeps saying cannot update to a lower version firmware although both are same version. Really need help please!
