Purchased March 7, 2025 and it began to pixelate within a month. Repair was authorized and it was shipped to Riverdale, NJ then not many days later I receive this...
"Hi! this is the Samsung Depot Tracking Team. We attempted to contact you regarding your Samsung device repair (Ticket #4181235482). Unfortunately, we are unable to complete the repair due to unavailable parts. The unit will be shipped back to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for choosing Samsung."
I have Samsung VIP Advantage why am I receiving back a bad monitor?
